what website should i go to to sighn up for testing games?

You are actually on the right website. This is just the forums for it, though. Just go to the main page, vgt-central.com, and click on a game you see there. You will need to set your account as a tester account, though, before applying to test games. To do this, just go to your control panel and set it as a tester account. Once you do that, you can apply to games, and also fill out your tester profile under the control panel section.
